By enrolling at the Los Angeles Musical Theatre Studio, I agree to the studio policies below.
Release of liability: I understand that participation in classes involves physical activity and assume all risks. I release LAMTS, its faculty, and venues from liability for injury.
Payment & cancellation: Tuition is non-refundable within 7 days of a class start date unless otherwise stated.
Media: I grant LAMTS permission to use class photos/video for promotional purposes.
